Home Remedies for Removing Unwanted Warts
Are you a believer in home remedies?  It seems as if home remedies have been used since the beginning of time. While a large number of individuals feel that home remedies are only a waste of time, there are others who literally live by them. If properly done, there are a number of health conditions that can be treated or prevented with home remedies. One of those conditions is warts.
Warts are often deemed as unwanted or as unpleasant. This is because they are growths that appear on the skin.  These growths are, almost always, non-cancerous, but they are still unwanted. If you are looking for an effective, but low-cost way to have your wart or warts removed, you may want to think about trying a home remedy. Online you can find a number of these home remedies. If you are interested in getting started, a few popular wart removal home remedies are described below.
Perhaps, the most popular home remedy used to remove warts involves duct tape. It has been said; in fact, it has also been backed by scientific research, that duct tape is effective at removing or eliminating warts. If you are interested in giving this home remedy a try, you will need to apply duct tape to your warts. After keeping the warts covered, for about a week, you will want to remove the tape, soak your wart in water, and then scrub it with a pumice stone.  If your wart does not come off right away, you are advised to repeat the procedure again, for at least another one to two weeks.
It has also been said that aloe is effective at eliminating warts.  You are advised to soak a small cotton ball in aloe, preferably the gel.  After the soaking has occurred, for around about a minute or so, you will want to tape the cotton ball to your wart.  You will want to add aloe to the wart or piece of cotton every few hours.  By leaving the cotton ball in place, with the exception of changing it daily, your wart should fall off in a few days or weeks.
Apparently, caster oil is also considered an effective wart removal remedy. When using caster oil, you will want to apply the oil to your wart. It is then suggested that you rub or massage the area with your fingers.  After doing this day and night for a number of weeks, your wart should disappear.  You could also use caster oil by apply it directly to the wart, twice a day, and by keeping it covered.  By keeping the wart covered with a bandage, only to remove it when changing, the wart should disappear after about three weeks.
The above mentioned home remedies are just a few of the many that you can find online or in a home remedy book.  Additional remedies include using chalk, dandelion, aspirin, bananas, baking soda, papaya, lemon juice, and milkweed.  When choosing a home remedy, it is important to keep the ingredients in mind. You will want to refrain from using any items that you may be allergic to.  If and when you are in doubt, it may be best to choose another home remedy to use.
It is also important to remember, when using home remedies for wart removal, that the results are not guaranteed. Just because one home remedy worked for someone else, it does not mean that it will also work for you.  However, with a wide variety of different home remedies to choose from, you are sure to find at least one successful remedy.

Four Steps to Take When Considering an Alternative Method For a Quick Mole Wart Removal

November 14, 2009 By: admin Category: Moles, Warts

You can truly perform a fast mole wart removal at home, but this doesn't mean that you'll get rid of it overnight. The process takes a while, maybe even a month, but in the end the mole wart removal will be a huge success and the best part is that this is a one time method since the wart will not reappear if eliminated this way.

Step 1: Stop using all those over the counter cosmetic creams to try and smooth the wart. You are getting no where, you are just fooling yourself because it's still visible anyway and the chemicals in them only make it bigger.

Step 2: Start the mole wart removal with focus on the root. Do not worry about what you can see, just focus on natural extracts that will enter the skin and burn out the roots of the wart.

Step 3: Get more info on the most appropriate substances to use from a plant store, from friends that used to have warts but go rid of them or from immediate online guides that have been written by those who managed to perform a mole wart removal using natural methods.

Step 4: After a few weeks of working on destroying the root it should be already done. Continue your home moles wart removal with calming lotions or tea infusions on the area, to smooth the skin and reduce any redness or irritation. In a few days once this is started the wart will fall off and you'll probably notice that much after it happens.

Continuing to read about the mole wart removal method in a more complete guide is a good idea when you are unsure what to do. You can still turn back to contemporary methods, but the risks are so high that they are not even worth considering.

Now Pay Close Attention Here-

There is a proven all natural technique which will help you get rid of moles in just 3 days. If you have been desperately looking around the cure for moles then this is the most important review you will ever read- Click Here.

Foot Wart Treatment – 6 Foot Wart Removal Procedures

September 17, 2009 By: admin Category: Foot Warts, Warts

Foot warts can be treated by various foot wart removal procedures such as:

- Cryosurgery- Laser therapy- Electrosurgery- Salicylic acid- Duct tape- Home treatment for warts

Cryosurgery – This is a foot wart treatment that kills warts by means of very low temperatures. Your growth is touched by an instrument and this freezes and kills it.

Electrosurgery – This type of foot wart removal method uses electricity to burn your growth. It is touched by a needle heated by an electric current and this kills the wart’s cells.

Laser therapy is a type of foot wart treatment that uses a high-energy beam of light in order to burn your growth.

Cryosurgery, Elecrosurgery and laser therapy need to be done by a professional physician. Anesthesia may also be administered. These methods may cause scaring.

Salicylic acid – This over the counter wart removal medication has been widely used in the treatment of many type of growths. Salicylic acid irritates the growth so that the immune system gets rid of the outer layer of the skin and so of the wart itself.

Salicylic acid needs to be administered for many weeks or months for some result. It may also irritate or scare your healthy skin. Further more read the instructions carefully before using this over the counter removal medication or better still consult your physician.

Duct tape – This removal method uses a duct tape and a pumice stone to irritate your growth and so the immune system will hopefully get rid of your growth. Irritation and scarring may also occur.

Home treatment for warts – These involve various types of foot wart treatment involving ready available ingredients such as vinegar, garlic and many other ingredients.

Wart Remover – Can it Be Deadly?

September 10, 2009 By: admin Category: Warts

If you’re looking for a wart remover, you’re going to want to read this. First, we’ll look at one of the most dangerous wart removal recipes that can be found online and second we’ll talk about why people are choosing to use it. After reading this you should be better informed on how to choose a real wart remover that is going to work safely for you.

Wart removal became a topic of interest for me when I first started to notice warts popping up on my own skin. Like you I jumped online and started searching for an easy, at-home solution so that I could take care of my warts on my own without having to spend any money. I was relieved at the time to find that there were several sites out there that listed these homemade wart removal recipes that I assumed would give the results I needed.

A Dangerous Wart Remover Recipe

There were several removal mixtures listed on this site and I chose the one that involved ingredients that I knew I already had around my house. It included some ingredients that made me question it’s safety but I really wanted results so I went ahead with the treatment. I printed out the directions and gathered up the needed ingredients and mixed it up according to the site’s instruction. The removal mixture smelled pretty badly but I was determined to get rid of my warts and so I just kept going.

The moment I applied the paste to my wart I felt something, kind of like a stinging. I thought it was normal at first but over the next few minutes the feeling grew and grew until it was definitely not a sting, it was a burn. The burning feeling came very quickly and I knew that something had to be wrong. Due to my desperation to get rid of my warts I decided to “hang in there” and continue with the removal process and just let the mixture run it’s course. I was supposed to apply this three times a day so I thought maybe it hurt so bad because it was the first application.

At some point I finally broke and the wart remover was burning so badly that I couldn’t leave it on. I washed it off and saw that the paste had burned a large area of skin around the wart and did not look good at all. I rinsed the area off with cool water and treated the area with aloe for 7 days before the swelling went down and the are returned to normal, wart and all. The wart had not been affected at all and I was actually left with a scar from the burning. After consulting with my doctor I learned that the removal mixture’s ingredients were extremely hazardous and had burned my skin pretty badly. He told to never, ever trust the natural skin recipe sites that are found online without consulting a professional first. I thanked him for the advice, took it as a lesson learned and moved on.

My Problem Was My Desperation

After reading about my experience you may be thinking “why would anyone try a remedy that’s dangerous?” The truth is that as it turns out I’m not the only one that had tried that wart removal remedy and like me several others had been burned by the ingredients. Why? It all boils down to the desperation that is felt by those suffering from warts and moles. We want to remove them from ourselves so badly that we try just about anything that says it will help.

Removing warts isn’t all about a health issue, it’s normally an attempt for us to better our physical appearance. Skin blemishes like warts and moles have the tendency to make people feel ugly and insecure because they feel “different”. You become so desperate for a removal solution that you make choices you probably wouldn’t make otherwise. For example, if you were walking out of an office building and someone approached you on the side walk and claimed they had mixed up a wart removal solution that would help you get rid of your warts would you try it? Would you BUY it? It’s highly unlikely that you would.

Remember this important point, just because a wart remover method has a website doesn’t mean that it works. What you need is a real, proven, effective wart removal product that is proven to be safe and effective with zero risk of physical harm. I ensure you that they do exist, you just have to know where to find them. Don’t let your desperate need for removing your warts get in the way of making an educated decision when choosing a wart remover.

Now that you’ve read this article I hope you have gained some insight from my experience. My hope is to help you bypass the ocean of infomercial sites out there that are pitching harmful wart removal concoctions. At best, you’ll waste your money… at worst you risk your health.

Choosing A Wart Remover

  1. Purchase only a tested, approved physical products
  2. Do your research
  3. View real case studies and testimonials before buying
  4. Ensure wart remover ingredients are all-natural

As a result of my own experience I have found that there are only a handful of wart removers available that really give results. Of these only one wart remover worked for me and has worked for me several times since. Click the following link to learn more about this tried and true wart removal product
